A little about me and my credentials:  I am a certified coach and practicing attorney. I have a natural penchant for coaching, often the go-to listener and guide for friends and colleagues. I graduated from the Co-Active Training Institute and have enjoyed every second of coaching. My clients come from all over the country and with varying backgrounds, but the one thing that binds them is the “oh shit, what’s next?!” moment. Bring me your discomfort and let's dig in!

As a coach it helps that I understand the professional slog, midlife hurdles, and how overwhelming the external voices/pressures can be. I firmly believe that our fear is not reliable, our anger is important data, and our wild edges liberate us. I love a breakthrough moment!  As an aside, I can pretty much guarantee that “integrity” is not one of your core values (it’s important and you probably practice it, but it’s not what you think it is). Let's play!

Outside of coaching, I hold a JD and MPH from The George Washington University and work part time as a lawyer for a nonprofit. I speak spirit and lawyer, which means I manage to engage my whole brain in a way that brings me immense joy. I also have two kids, a dog, and a cat, with additional interests in herbalism, politics as sport, and the human condition generally.
